Fairygodboss is looking for an Associate in New York, NY within our Mid Cap M&C Investment Banking group. In this role, you will participate in transactional execution, prepare presentations and financial analyses, and lead a team to develop strong capabilities in investment banking.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
• Background in Media & Communications or TMT.
• Ability to effectively interact with senior professionals and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions.
• Interact with senior team members to execute transactions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts.
