Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related field.
2–4 years in private equity, growth equity, investment banking, or corporate development.
Experience in entertainment, media, tech or related sector is a plus but not required.
Experience conducting financial, commercial, and strategic diligence for acquisitions or investments.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Identify and source acquisition, investment, label, publisher and other strategic opportunities.
Build and maintain a proprietary deal pipeline through market mapping and outreach.
Develop investment theses and preliminary valuation analyses.
Collaborate with M&A, Finance & Strategy on capital requirements and financing considerations.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership.
Support detailed due diligence, valuation, structuring, and transaction execution.
Monitor industry trends and identify new areas for growth.
