The role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to present complex information for executive decision‑making. You will develop work plans, manage due diligence, build financial models, and prepare memorandums and presentations for senior management and the Board, while contributing to strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field is required.
• 1+ years in corporate development, management consulting, investor relations, investment banking or related finance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative techniques with ability to present complex information clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft high‑quality presentations.

Responsibilities

• M&A Process Management: develop workplans, status updates, meeting agendas and notes.
• Due Diligence: manage due diligence requests and virtual data rooms with cross‑unit liaison.
• Financial Modeling & Valuation: build models and valuation analyses for transactions.
• Memorandums & Presentations: prepare analyses for senior management and Board.
• Strategy Development: research insurance markets and industry trends to support strategy.
• Adhoc Requests: perform qualitative and quantitative analyses for initiatives.
• Competitive Benchmarking: monitor peers and potential targets.
