Job summary

V2X is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst in Orlando to support logistics operations, warehouse activities, and fleet management. The role focuses on analyzing transactions, monitoring inventory, and driving improvements to readiness and accountability across dispersed sites.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with ERP/CMMS systems (Maximo, MAS 8, SAP). Government contracting experience is a plus, with the position based on-site in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Experience in government contracting or regulated environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP, CMMS, or property management systems such as IBM Maximo, MAS 8, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting/analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced operational environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily logistics transactions including receipts, transfers, issues, turn-ins, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor warehouse operations and material movement for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities in supply chain and warehouse workflows.
• Support logistics reporting and metrics development including inventory accuracy and shipping timelines.
• Assist with material forecasting and demand analysis to support readiness and sustainment.
• Track backorders, procurement delays, and material shortages impacting device readiness.
• Coordinate material transfers between regional sites and repair depots.
• Support shipping and receiving documentation validation and tracking of assets.
