Job summary

Pacific Air Forces seeks a Plans and Integration expert to lead and coordinate complex exercise and contingency planning across the PACAF AOR. The role requires deep knowledge of joint training systems, doctrine, and interagency coordination.

The incumbent will oversee planning efforts, advise commanders, and mentor staff while traveling to remote sites as needed to support operations and training events across Alaska and beyond.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience as described by OPM for GS-0346 level, including exercises planning and execution.
• Knowledge of joint doctrine, CJCS policies, and training systems.
• Ability to analyze plans, guide operations, and mentor staff under command direction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as sole Plans & Integration expert for PRSC operations across PACAF AOR.
• Develop and assess exercise and contingency plans with multiple commands.
• Coordinate with Pacific commands, services, and agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to squadron staff and detachments.
