• Minimum of 2 years transportation or truck dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a market plan based on availability and performance and adjust as conditions shift.
• Provide load options to owner-operators based on market plans.
• Analyze shipping trends and implement improvements.
• Use planning and capacity utilization tools.
• Provide insights to customer service and sales teams to influence decisions.
• Onboard new locations and customers.
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Provide feedback to pricing on long-term challenges.
