Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate cargo movements across trucking networks.
• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Optimize routes, capacity, and equipment utilization.
• Maintain shipment records and update TMS and systems.
• Coordinate driver schedules several days in advance and adjust as needed.
• Handle delays, disruptions, and customer escalations.
• Collaborate with on-site team to ensure coverage and execution.
• Ensure safety, customs compliance, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate shipment data across systems.
