Job summary

Dexter is seeking a Network Optimization Analyst to develop and maintain logistics network models, SQL-based data sets, and Tableau dashboards. You will support cost-to-serve reporting, scenario analyses, and performance tracking to inform Dexter's logistics network strategy.

You will collaborate with Logistics leadership, Finance, IT/AI, and Operations to translate data into recommendations, dashboards, and action plans that improve service, reduce costs, and increase network visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing large data sets and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to present complex analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong data governance and data quality mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and refresh logistics network models for transportation flows and delivery zones.
• Lead extraction, consolidation, and validation of data from SQL Server, ERP, and other systems.
• Build Tableau dashboards and recurring performance reporting for cost, service, and savings progress.
• Incorporate business policies, constraints, and service requirements into network models.
• Identify and quantify logistics savings opportunities across networks and regions.
• Develop cost-to-serve reporting and scenario analyses for new locations and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT/AI, and cross-functional partners to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
