Job summary

Resourceful is hiring to evaluate and optimize the company's end-to-end logistics network—plants, distribution centers, warehouses and transportation providers—to improve cost, service, resilience, capacity utilization and sustainability.

You will combine quantitative modeling with supply chain expertise to identify network redesign opportunities and support strategic growth decisions with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, OR related field.
• 3+ years in supply chain analytics, logistics engineering, network design, or strategy.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, inventory, and manufacturing supply chains.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, and mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current network performance to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks.
• Build and maintain network optimization models; run what-if analyses.
• Design future-state network topologies — facility locations, capacities, roles — and evaluate transportation strategies.
• Assess EU and US regionalization strategies and recommend changes.
• Pull data from ERP/Oracle and build dashboards to communicate findings.
• Partner cross-functionally and present recommendations to executive leadership.
