Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability to meet the production schedule through planning, inventory control, and coordination with manufacturing.
• Monitor and control production-related system activities, including order reporting, timely order closure, and cleanup of overdue orders.
• Track and communicate planning & logistics KPIs and perform daily follow-up to maintain control of the production plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities such as BOM changes, engineering trials, and validation runs with planning, manufacturing, and engineering.
• Manage end-to-end flow of materials, including receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, spare parts, supplies, equipment, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory control by monitoring consumption, reconciling system vs. physical inventory, ensuring SAP accuracy.
