You will oversee inventory accuracy, transportation planning, and assets using TMS/WMS/ERP systems while driving cost savings and process improvements across the network. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and NVOCC standards.
• Strong data analysis for strategic decisions.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Lean or Six Sigma process improvement familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation and distribution.
• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and materials handling.
• Manage transportation planning and freight management with 3PL coordination.
• Use TMS, WMS, and ERP systems to monitor activities and analyze data for improvements.
• Implement inventory controls to maintain optimal stock levels and improve demand planning accuracy.
• Lead procurement by sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing.
• Drive continuous process improvements using data analysis to remove bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and NVOCC standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow.
