Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Lafayette, IN is seeking a Manager, Logistics to lead multi-facility distribution operations, drive efficiency, and deliver operational excellence.

You will oversee teams of section managers and frontline leaders, align metrics on safety, quality, velocity, and cost, and collaborate with internal partners to meet business needs. This onsite role requires up to 5% travel, with a strong emphasis on leadership, planning, and process optimization in a manufacturing logistics
