Job summary

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Commercial Logistics Planners to join our team in Dallas Texas, Oahu Hawaii and Subic Bay Philippines.

Lead, Mid, and Senior level positions are available based on qualifications. Selected candidates will develop and execute logistics plans, coordinate with military and government partners, and analyze risks and requirements to enable effective sustainment operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with 12+ years of DoD logistics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience for Mid Level position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of DoD experience for Senior Level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Logistics Plans supporting transportation, distribution, maintenance, and sustainment operations.
• Coordinate across multiple organizations, including military units, Government agencies, and partners.
• Analyze logistics requirements, risks, and constraints to propose courses of action.

Minimum Qualifications

MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Commercial Logistics Planners to join our team in Dallas Texas, Oahu Hawaii and Subic Bay Philippines.

NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.

Lead Level

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or sustainment operations within DoD, Joint, or operational environments (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).

Mid Level

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Demonstrated ability to draft technical logistics documentation and follow established SOPs.

Senior Level

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or sustainment operations in DoD, Joint, or operational environments (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Experience developing and executing Logistics Plans supporting transportation, distribution, maintenance, and sustainment operations.
• Experience working with logistics and operational systems and data to support planning, tracking, and execution.
• Strong understanding of DoW logistics concepts, joint logistics doctrine, and operational planning processes.
• Experience analyzing logistics requirements, risks, and constraints and developing courses of action.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations, including military units, Government agencies, and commercial partners.
• Experience supporting operations in distributed or contested environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field and 15+ years of experience.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or related elite credentials.
• Extensive experience directing logistics operations for USSOCOM, TSOCs, or theater combatant commands within the Indo-Pacific region.
• Expert-level knowledge of integrating logistics data feeds into Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) environments.

Clearance Required

• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
