Responsibilities

• Coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers, distributors, and warehouses, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Schedule shipments with third-party logistics providers and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Monitor shipment progress, address delays or issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
• Oversee finished goods inventory at distribution centers and warehouses, ensuring stock accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and sales to ensure smooth flow from warehouse to customer.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and maintain accurate records for audits.
