Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years business analytics, systems or finance experience with 2 years in logistics.
• Experience with information analysis tools (Microsoft Access, MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc).
• Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, databases; pivot tables, pivot reporting, advanced formulas, power query and macros.
• Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for onboarding, training, meetings, and events.
• Compliance background or education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics SME for data-driven insights and operational improvements.
• Use benchmarking to identify market trends and threats.
• Forecast and analyze logistics trends; share proactive leadership intelligence.
• Gather regional/national information to assess sales potential.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and models to inform decisions.
• Track budget performance and propose action plans to improve financials.
