Job summary

The Pokémon Company International in Bellevue, WA seeks a Category Manager, Logistics to lead spend category planning, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing across the organization. You will partner with Global S2P Services and cross-functional teams to deliver value beyond cost.

The role requires 5–7 years in category management, a bachelor's degree, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to twice a year.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of related professional experience in category management.
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of source-to-pay (S2P) processes and spend analysis.
• Proven negotiation, stakeholder management, and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain category plans aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate strategic sourcing initiatives and run value-based negotiations.
• Analyze spend data and market trends to drive opportunities.
• Manage supplier performance within governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to finalize terms and risk.
