Ken’s Foods, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Strategy and Analytics Manager to lead transportation strategy, analytics, and TMS improvements.

This role will leverage data to optimize cost, service, and network efficiency while partnering cross-functionally with supply chain operations. The position emphasizes developing strategic insights from various data sources, managing KPIs, and driving improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation strategy and network optimization initiatives to improve cost, service, capacity, and resilience.
• Create executive dashboards and analytics to inform decisions on freight spend, routing, mode choice, carrier utilization, and performance.
• Own the TMS (as business owner) and drive adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement across planning, execution, and analytics workflows.
