Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to drive operational excellence and growth for assigned customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or familiarity with MercuryGate or TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain influential client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day transportation needs and loads.
• Process shipments using MercuryGate and update records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery.
• Respond to inquiries with timely updates.
• Analyze KPIs and participate in business reviews.
