Qualifications

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent strategic reporting, analytics, technology, and operational projects, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between lending business units, Information Technology, core banking support teams, vendors, and external partners to support system enhancements, issue resolution, and new product implementations.
  • Design, develop, and enhance operational reporting and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Snowflake to improve visibility, automate processes, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Evaluate existing processes and controls, recommending and implementing improvements that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, risk management, and overall performance.
  • Define, document, and maintain data standards, governance practices, and reporting requirements across Commercial, Residential, and Consumer Lending operations.
  • Identify and leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve reporting capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage key vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for designated technology and processing partners to ensure effective service delivery and project execution.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and operational teams to prioritize initiatives, gather requirements, and ensure successful implementation of strategic projects and system enhancements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance user guides, process documentation, procedures, and business requirements to support operational consistency and knowledge transfer.
  • Oversee system enhancement testing, release validation, and data mapping activities for internal and external interfaces, while staying current on industry trends, vendor solutions, and best practices through webinars, user groups, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial loan servicing functions and industry practices, with the ability to apply that knowledge to operational, technical, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with consumer and residential loan servicing is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and PowerBI.
  • IBS Insight system experience preferred.
  • Experience utilizing AI-powered business tools to develop reporting solutions, analyze data, improve workflow efficiency, and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SQL database development a plus.
  • Highly self-motivated and works well under pressure and time constraints.
  • Ability to develop and maintain respectful and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, co-workers, and leadership.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of a Bachelor's may be considered.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in commercial loan servicing, loan operations, banking systems support, business analysis, project management, or a related financial services environment.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience leading projects, system implementations, process improvement initiatives, or technology-related efforts.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting commercial, consumer, and/or residential loan servicing operations.
  • Experience participating in system conversions, upgrades, integrations, acquisitions, or major software implementations within a banking environment.

Pay Range

$98,400.00 - $171,900.00 / year
