Job summary

Axiom is hiring junior to mid-level Litigation Attorneys to support Fortune 500 and leading clients across industries in San Francisco. The role involves managing a broad range of litigation matters, from initial assessment through resolution, with emphasis on strategy, risk evaluation, and collaboration with outside counsel.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of litigation experience, strong judgment, and excellent communication and project management skills, plus an active U.S. bar license.

Qualifications

• 5 years of litigation experience in-house, at a law firm, or both.
• Experience managing litigation matters, including research, drafting, and coordination with outside counsel.
• Strong judgment, communication, and project management abilities with multiple matters and stakeholders.
• Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of litigation matters from assessment to resolution; develop strategy and assess risk.
• Conduct legal research and draft, review, and revise litigation materials (pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery).
• Coordinate with outside counsel on case strategy, budgets, deadlines, and settlements; monitor matter performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess exposure and mitigate risk through practical litigation strategies.
