Datavant is seeking a Campaign Manager, Life Sciences to plan, execute and optimize integrated campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline growth across healthcare audiences. You will support cross-functional teams, align with product and sales, and ensure compliant, timely delivery of assets and messaging.

You bring 5+ years in marketing or demand generation, strong project management, and a data-driven approach to improve performance across email, digital, events, and field initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, campaign management or demand generation (B2B preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns.
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, events).
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and generate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and go-to-market plans with teams.
• Assist in developing campaign briefs, messaging, and assets for target audiences.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Help manage assets and distribution across channels (sales materials, emails, landing pages).
• Track and report on campaign performance, including leads and pipeline impact.
• Monitor metrics with digital and ops teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support field marketing initiatives, including trade shows, webinars, and events.
• Maintain campaign documentation, calendars, and workflows for visibility across teams.
• Contribute to testing and experimentation to improve performance.
