Zipliens is a lien resolution company seeking proactive individuals to join our team. You will work with Lien Resolution Strategists to move files from intake to resolution, handling lien requests, follow-ups, and documentation with agencies and payers.

We value detail-oriented, customer-focused candidates who are curious about process improvement and eager to help shape workflows as we grow. This role offers exposure to the full lien resolution process and collaboration with experienced

Competenze

1+ years of experience in lien resolution, personal injury, insurance, medical billing, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies early.
Customer-focused communication by phone, email, and calls.
Clear, professional written communication including drafting correspondence.

Mansioni

Request liens and handle follow-ups with agencies, lienholders, and payers via portals.
Prepare and track document requests like records, bills, and ledgers.
Verify contact details in portals and keep them current.
Review claims and docs to flag missing or conflicting information.
