Chubb in Philadelphia, PA seeks a Licensing & Regulatory Associate (Producer Services) to support producer licensing and appointment activities across US markets. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and accurate producer records in our systems, collaborating with field teams and the regulatory group.

The role covers onboarding new agents, maintaining producer codes, processing changes, and preparing termination letters, with emphasis on state requirements and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate producer appointments and updates to ensure compliance with state requirements.
• Maintain internal copies of requests and documentation using established workflows.
• Process requests and ensure producer code changes are approved.
• Attend monthly PSPS training to strengthen collaboration between field teams and Producer Services.
• Process appointments, updates, and terminations per workflows and state requirements; prepare termination letters.
• Create records for current producers in internal systems using state websites for license validation.
• Address and resolve state renewal cleanup issues per established criteria; escalate to the manager and respond the same day.
• Resolve errors and implement changes identified during producer code audits.
• Initiate and ensure contractual documentation with Producer Services team.
• Collaborate with branch offices to keep producers compliant with state regulations and system requirements.
• Provide backup coverage for other Licensing and Regulatory specialists during peak periods.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
