Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of data entry experience with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of producer appointments and state regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records in internal repositories and SharePoint/eDocs.
• Process producer code changes and approvals.
• Attend monthly PSPS training to support collaboration with field teams.
• Prepare termination letters and update records as needed.
• Create producer records using state license verification data.
• Escalate issues to the manager and respond to the regulatory team promptly.
• Support backup coverage for other Licensing & Regulatory specialists.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
