Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field plus equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in credit risk, lending ops, or related financial services.
• 7+ years in financial institution management focused on consumer, mortgage, and business lending.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise lending for consumer, mortgage, and business lending functions.
• Set lending strategies for growth, profitability, and risk.
• Oversee product management and pricing for lending solutions.
• Establish underwriting standards, policies, and risk tolerances.
• Manage credit risk and portfolio quality with governance practices.
• Communicate portfolio trends and strategic priorities to CEO and executives.
• Ensure policies meet regulatory requirements and governance.
• Build and coach high-performing lending teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
