Job summary

Versigent is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations Technology, Analytics & Financial Operations to maximize the value of legal tech, data, and analytics across global practice areas. You will partner with IT to optimize platforms like ONIT, iCertis, NAVEX, and Diligent, manage data governance, KPIs, and outside counsel operations, and drive financial controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–8 years of experience in Legal Operations, legal technology, eBilling, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise legal management platforms (ONIT, Legal Tracker, Brightflag, Mitratech, SimpleLegal).
• Experience with platforms like iCertis, Diligent, NAVEX, and others.
• Strong Excel/Power BI skills for reporting and analytics.
• Project management certification or training preferred (PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean).

Responsibilities

• Define legal business requirements for ONIT, iCertis, NAVEX, Diligent, Trustpoint and related platforms.
• Partner with IT to optimize the use of legal tech and related systems.
• Develop reporting and dashboards for legal disciplines and outside counsel spend.
• Lead data governance, KPI development, and executive reporting.
• Manage outside counsel operations, vendor programs, and budgeting processes.
• Develop and implement AI-enabled legal operations tools and analytics.
