Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Referral Manager to visit law firms across the territory, develop relationships, present our value proposition, and educate them on service areas. The goal is to build a robust book of business generating leads.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, initiative-taking, tech-savvy, charismatic, professional, and well-dressed with strong people skills. This is a base salary plus generous bonus structure, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Development or Account Management experience, preferably in Legal Sales.
• Established relationships with personal injury (PI) firms in the area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan their day/week in advance: set up meetings with new law firms, follow up calls and emails.
• Remain engaged with all Active and Prospective accounts.
• Utilize oversight over their leads to ensure effectiveness.
• Attend all sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars.
• Acquire an abundance of leads.
• Remain engaged with all Accounts/Referral partners.
• Prospecting and meeting firms daily in-person.
• Consistently beat expectations and goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Track and record metrics throughout sales process.
• Meet and exceed financial goals.
• Understand and stay updated on industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
