Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy or business operations, transformation, project or program management, technology implementation, legal operations, or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own workstreams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to synthesize complex information into clear materials.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI tools for research and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive discrete workstreams within strategic and operational initiatives across LSI and the broader Legal department.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, and decisions across multiple initiatives.
• Structure ambiguous problems, perform analysis, and develop practical recommendations and implementation approaches.
• Prepare decision-ready presentations and briefing materials for executives.
• Coordinate stakeholders, testing, training, and change management to keep initiatives moving forward.
