Job summary

Palantir is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist to be the initial point of contact for operational questions and requests. You will coordinate with the right Legal stakeholders, execute workflows, and help implement scalable systems and processes across the Legal team.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in a fast-paced legal operations environment, strong project management discipline, and experience with data analysis tools and enterprise tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience in a fast-paced or dynamic legal team environment.
• Experience with technical tooling and data analysis project management software.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to track key project metrics.
• Experience identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve processes and tools to drive efficiency.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing decisions across a legal team.

Responsibilities

• Execute legal operational workflows and provide first-point contact for requests.
• Coordinate approvals, signatures, documentation, and follow-through on legal requests.
• Triaging and prioritizing incoming requests for the Legal team.
• Scale operations, systems, and innovation in partnership with Legal Operations leaders.
• Create processes to reduce friction and enable teams to focus on core work.
