Job summary

Domino's in Michigan seeks a Legal Support Specialist to act as a proactive operational partner to the General Counsel and Legal Team, helping the department run efficiently and deliver service to the business.

You will manage calendars, prepare materials for leadership meetings, support governance, and drive process improvements using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related tools. This role requires strong organization and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, business operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating complex projects.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate General Counsel calendar, priorities, meetings, travel, and expenses.
• Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and reports for leadership meetings.
• Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities for the Legal Team.
• Support budgeting, vendor relationships, and operational metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
