Mach Industries seeks a Legal Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of a lean legal function, triaging requests, gathering context, and enabling attorneys to focus on substantive work. You’ll design workflows, contract tracking, and a scalable legal tech stack in coordination with operations teams.

Qualified candidates will have a background in legal operations or paralegal roles, strong communication, and a passion for legal tech and AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal operations, paralegal, or compliance roles; startup or regulated industry is a plus.
• Self-starter who builds process and improves workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to gather information from non-lawyers.
• High attention to detail with handling sensitive information and export controls.

Responsabilités

• Triage and intake all legal requests across the company to assign to attorneys.
• Gather underlying facts, documents, and business context for drafting or review.
• Track open matters to resolution and monitor milestones.
• Build and improve processes, templates, and knowledge repositories.
