Lead cross‑functional programs, manage the CLM stack, and implement AI‑driven efficiencies to support a global legal team moving at pace. Onsite or hybrid in New York, pay $160,000–$170,000.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in legal operations, corporate paralegal leadership, or legal project management in a fast-paced tech or global environment.
• Hands-on experience across global corporate entity management, contract workflows, and compliance programs.
• Forward-thinking approach to legal tech and AI to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational right hand to the General Counsel with clear project plans and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional matters across Commercial Deals, Governance, HR/Employment, and Product/Regulatory.
• Own the legal tech stack and automate workflows to enable faster business impact.
• Define and track OKRs, operational metrics, and vendor performance for leadership insights.
• Manage global entity maintenance, governance, and regulatory filings across structures.
