Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in Legal and Compliance in pharma or highly regulated sector.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, healthcare compliance, data protection and corporate governance.
• Strong commercial mindset with pragmatic, solution‑oriented advice while managing risks.
• High integrity, independence and professional credibility; fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal and compliance guidance to management and cross‑functional teams.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including NDAs, licensing, supply, distribution and manufacturing contracts.
• Monitor laws and regulations and assess impact on business activities.
• Develop and implement policies, internal controls and governance processes.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, HCP interactions and industry codes; oversee audits and risk assessments.
