Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibility for central documentation and contract management across the corporate group, coordinating regional contacts.
Handling corporate law responsibilities and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
Developing and defining compliance guidelines, codes of conduct, and implementation measures.
