You'll oversee service delivery, resolve escalations, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing attorney and client relationships in personal injury law or related field.
• Strong legal background as a paralegal or attorney with exposure to PI or subrogation.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable with learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Integrated Clients.
• Monitor performance and advocate for solutions.
• Conduct file reviews to assess service levels and ensure process adherence.

Skills

Bachelor's degree required, JD or Paralegal Certification preferred
