Job summary

Morgan Lewis seeks a highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to join our BD team, supporting the Labor and Employment practice and more. In a fast-paced environment, you will plan and advance client-centric BD strategies and coordinate day-to-day activities across departments.

The role requires three years of relevant experience, strong communication and drafting skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services/consulting organization.
Ability to work independently and manage projects in a collaborative team environment.
Strong communication, writing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and database applications; ability to adapt to new tech.

Responsibilities

Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, and presentations under managers/senior managers.
Draft and edit correspondence, PowerPoint presentations and visual resources; format, edit, proofread, print, and compile deliverables.
Leverage firm tools to manage data, conduct research, and create reports for BD activities.
Work with marketing and events teams to develop content for events and identify targets.
Assist with budget development, maintenance, and tracking.
Support BD operations, including communications, reporting, and experience management.
Coordinate responses to ad hoc assignments.
