Arthrex is seeking a Leave Specialist III to administer all types of employee leaves of absence at our manufacturing facility in Immokalee, Florida. This role demands exceptional communication skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Candidates should have at least four years of HR experience and a bachelor's degree. Formación

• Minimum of four years of Human Resources experience.
• Two years of Absence Management related experience.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA and disability laws.
