Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a marketing and leasing leader to direct the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities, drive occupancy goals, and manage the leasing team across our residential properties in the United States. • Leads leasing team and coordinates resources to meet revenue and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans and pricing strategies to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Oversee print and internet advertising strategies and use PMS reports to monitor results.
• Supervise on-site team, hire/train staff, and manage performance.
