Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial real estate leasing, preferably industrial.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and finalize lease transactions.
• Strong understanding of lease structures, market fundamentals, and asset valuation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across the portfolio.
• Manage all aspects of the leasing process from prospecting to lease execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, tenants, owner-users, and market participants.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Investments on plans, including TI, CAPEX, and value-enhancing projects.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, rental opportunities, tenant demand, and market positioning.
• Prepare leasing strategy presentations for senior leadership with portfolio updates and key initiatives.
• Serve as liaison with JV partners, providing leasing activity updates and fostering relationships.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, expansions, and amendments aligned with ownership objectives.
• Coordinate with legal counsel on lease documentation and transaction execution.
• Track leasing activity, tenant pipeline, and market intelligence in CRM/reports.
• Assist with annual budgeting/forecasting for leasing assumptions and occupancy projections.
• Partner with Property Management to support tenant retention and experiences.
• Prepare regular leasing reports for senior leadership.
• Support acquisition due diligence with leasing and market insights.
• Mentor leasing associates and analysts.
