Job summary

BW Packaging is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader to accelerate performance by deploying Lean and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will lead problem solving, standard work, and performance management, coaching leaders and frontline teams to sustain improvements.

The role requires a strong change agent with experience in safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives, and the ability to influence without formal authority across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean manufacturing and Operational Excellence strategies across the facility or multiple sites.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and culture.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and rapid improvement events.
• Coach teams on structured problem solving (A3, root cause analysis, PDCA, DMAIC)
• Partner with safety, quality, engineering, supply chain, finance to drive end-to-end improvements.
