Job summary

BW Packaging seeks a Fabrication Leader to oversee local fabrication operations, safety, staffing, and lean initiatives to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality parts. This role drives continuous improvement and mentors the team within BW's world-class manufacturing framework.

Responsibilities include setting goals, coordinating with site leadership, managing costs, and collaborating across functions to optimize capacity and efficiency while maintaining a safe, compliant manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or fabrication.
• Experience in fabrication or machine shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication team to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Drive Lean / World Class Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Oversee production policies and capital investment planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across sites and functions.
