Job summary

Accenture's Leadership Acceleration Consulting seeks a Senior Manager to design, deliver, and scale leadership strategy programs for CEOs, boards, and senior teams in a demanding, high-growth environment.

You will drive client growth, manage key accounts, and mentor teams while navigating ambiguity and leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance leadership outcomes. Travel 30–35% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with C-suite leaders and Boards.
• Expertise in leadership coaching, advisory, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience with psychological assessment of senior leaders and executives.
• Workshop design and facilitation, in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement large-scale leadership strategy programs for CEOs and C-suite teams.
• Grow the client portfolio by developing strategic growth plans and cross-offering opportunities.
• Build deep relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted adviser.
• Travel up to 30–35% as required by client needs.
