Job summary

Stryker in the United States is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead product strategy for Workflow Engine and SmartCare integrations, partnering across engineering, clinical, and commercial teams to bring innovative healthcare automation to market.

You will define roadmaps, evaluate opportunities, and drive lifecycle management, ensuring security, interoperability, and scalable solutions that connect medical workflows and devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience in product/portfolio management.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for software, platform, middleware, API, integration, or workflow automation products.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud architectures, APIs, integration technologies, and interoperability.
• Healthcare IT, interoperability, FHIR, HL7, clinical workflow, or digital health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategic vision, roadmap, and investment priorities for Workflow Engine and SmartCare integration.
• Lead portfolio planning, including business case development and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Clinical Portfolio Management, Program Management, and Operations to translate strategy into execution.
• Develop deep expertise in healthcare workflows, integration challenges, interoperability requirements, and customer needs.
• Lead product discovery and define market requirements for new capabilities and enhancements.
