National Grid plc seeks a VP US Policy & Regulatory Strategy to develop regulatory strategy and policies for US operations. Leads a team and manages a $3m budget, guiding policy, pricing, and regulatory initiatives across New England, New York, and FERC.

The role reports to the SVP-US External Affairs and focuses on shaping long-term regulatory options and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business planning.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics/Finance/Business/Policy-related field.
• Experience as a policy witness in regulatory proceedings.
• Proven leadership in a regulated utility or similar environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead on regulatory strategy with NE/NY/FERC filings and policy discussions.
• Craft and execute policy initiatives and regulatory options.
• Engage with external stakeholders and industry groups (e.g., NARUC).
• Collaborate with Strategy, Policy, and Legislative teams to align energy/climate policy.
