Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is seeking a senior leader to oversee TB/HIV delivery strategy, budgeting, and portfolio management. You will coordinate across regional and global teams, providing strategic direction and ensuring execution of priorities in infectious disease eradication.

The role requires extensive leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders to drive impact across Africa and global programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with substantial leadership experience in business strategy, public health, or life sciences.
• Strong financial knowledge to develop budgets and manage investments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with senior decision makers.
• Knowledge of global health program delivery and infectious disease eradication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and alignment across TB/HIV delivery and Africa Business Team.
• Manage portfolio, budgets, forecasts, and investment pipelines.
• Provide senior advisory support to Directors on strategies, plans, and operational decisions.
• Drive DEI and cross-organization improvements across divisions.
