Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing and Master’s in a related field are required.
• Washington RN license upon hire is required.
• 5+ years of operational leadership in surgical/interventional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across North Puget Sound Service Area.
• Develop and manage integrated plans with KPIs for service lines and campuses.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of areas.
• Collaborate with medical staff to promote coordinated patient care and safety.
• Lead standardization of scheduling, staffing, and workflows.
• Foster staff development and culture of excellence.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
