Mars is seeking a Manager, Supplier Inclusion & Opportunity to develop and execute strategies expanding access to procurement opportunities and strengthening supplier competition across the NA supply chain.

The role partners with NA Commercial sourcing teams and Mars Global Services Commercial to meet sustainability requirements, including the Supplier Code of Conduct, and to drive internal and external programs that advance supplier inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Min. 3 years of procurement experience, incl. supplier inclusion.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Develop an enterprise-wide supplier opportunity strategy.
• Expand supplier discovery to include diverse and underserved markets.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce and supplier networks.
• Design education, outreach, and engagement initiatives for procurement opportunities.
• Coordinate supplier forums and procurement-readiness workshops.
• Ensure supplier engagement complies with laws and Mars Code of Conduct.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Supply leadership on controls for supplier qualification and contracting.
• Monitor evolving regulatory developments affecting supplier engagement.
• Represent Mars in industry forums and supplier inclusion initiatives.
