Starbucks is seeking a District Manager to develop Store Managers, improve customer experiences, and drive growth across a multi-store portfolio. You will plan strategies and ensure consistent implementation, leading a group of leaders who know their markets and customers.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance-driven metrics, and collaboration with store teams to deliver results while upholding Starbucks values and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience managing 2+ stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service.
• 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 6+ with coaching and strong communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service oriented role.
• Experience in a multi-unit environment with knowledge of retail or restaurant operations and financial reporting.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• High School or GED required; college degree in business or related field or 4+ years of US Military service may substitute for part of experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow a district portfolio by developing strategies to achieve store financial, operational and customer-service goals.
• Lead a team of Store Managers, coaching and strengthening them as leaders and operators.
• Serve as a resource on customer issues, staffing, store operations and company policies.
