Job summary

FountainRx Specialty Pharmacy seeks a Senior Director of Specialty Operations to provide strategic leadership and operational accountability for specialty pharmacy services. The role collaborates with clinical staff, direct reports, and executive leadership to optimize performance, enhance patient and provider experiences, and ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of leadership in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field; advanced degree or licensure preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational improvements.
Experience with pharmacy management systems and healthcare software.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for specialty pharmacy operations, aligning priorities with FountainRx's mission and growth objectives.
Oversee daily specialty pharmacy operations across prescriptions, specialty medications, and delivery.
Lead patient and provider communications, audits, and continuous process improvement.
Coordinate manufacturer relations, REMS documentation, and compliance programs.
Recruit, develop, and retain the Specialty Operations team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
