Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Head of Range Modernization Programs, Senior Manager, to lead execution and growth of a portfolio of aerospace and hypersonic development programs. You will work with an integrated leadership team to establish strategy, manage scope, and deliver across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and test activities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leading complex, hardware-focused solutions programs and projects.
• 10+ years of experience in managing multifunctional teams of 20+ FTE and managing multiple concurrent programs in a customer-facing role.
• 4+ years of experience in leading Program Managers across a portfolio of engineering programs and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners to meet contractual and technical requirements.
• Experience in managing full program lifecycle activities including design, development, integration, test, qualification, and delivery.
• Experience with overseeing program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, technical performance, and contractual commitments.
• Experience with program and portfolio risk management, including communicating risks and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of government contracting practices and engaging senior government and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, resolve complex problems, drive organizational alignment, and communicate effectively at the executive level.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
